The hotel is quite basic but has very comfortable beds and is in a good location
Welcome to Holiday Inn Express Naperville, IL, where comfort and convenience meet in the heart of Naperville. Enjoy a memorable stay with our exceptional amenities and unbeatable hospitality.
Very easy to check in and out. The quality of the room was better than most 3-4 star rooms I have been in. I want to recruit the lady at the front desk with the long brown hair to work at Leslie's Pool Supplies! She is the definition of perfect customer service! I don't have her name, but she is the one I checked in with, and she is awsome! I'm recommending this location 100%!

Understaffed had to wait 15 min to check in at 800 pm after pre-registered while the one person made someone a salad. One person after six does everything three of us waited for room keys. Poor system. Tiny bathrooms
When I first arrived there was a issue withy reservation, I was told that the hotel was overbooked. Was informed that another room with a queen size was available, I took the room once I arrived the room was horrible. The room smelled like dog pee and there were ants crawling around. The room really wasn’t worth my money and I will not be returning and will be contacting corporate because that room was unacceptable..
Hot breakfast was great for adults and kids. Getting in and out was easy even though local traffic was busy. Everything was exceptionally clean and the hotel overall was very quiet, and felt very safe. Kids had a ball at the pool. They were able to accommodate our late checkout as well.
We had a large room with comfortable beds. The bathroom was ok. The hotel employs a reasonable cleaning policy, the amenities include a basic but working and inexpensive guest laundry and a safe in every room.
We have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn once before, so enjoyed our second visit once again. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfy. Very convenient location for the things we did this weekend.
Close to 355 and downtown Naperville but far enough away where it wasn't too loud or busy. The room was decent size and staff was nice. It has a bar from like 5-11pm and a nice lobby.
Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I can remember having. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and of great value.
Good location for what I wanted. Close to a park and a Target supermarket. Typical room of this type of hotels. Building with swimming pool and fitness room.
breakfast was very good, staff was very nice, guests were friendly. Dora, the cleaning lady was very nice. I loved the walking trail around the 2 hotels.
