As soon as I came in the lady at the desk looked up my reservation there was a problem with booking . Com... this lady went right to work . Told me these no problem and shortly after had it fixed... just letting you know lady's like that are hard to find.i no sooner asked her name . She replied vasmen..I hope I spelled that right. Let's not forget she makes a mean chocolate cookie too..thank you Hampton Family.Troy & Deborah Hall.

The property was very nice outside. It was so dirty on the inside that you could not even sit or lay down. The dryer vent was clogged with a birds nest and a lot of lint. It was reported to several different types of people and responsibilities. However, Even though it was a serious fire hazard, it was ignored because the owners did not pay for those cleaning services.Hensley - 10Scored 10

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make me comfortable. The hotel was a GREAT value and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was FRESH and super variety of food and fresh fruit was available at no charge.

Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Very spacious equipped with a coffee maker, safe and refrigerator. Nice TV and good cooling system. I would stay here again. The breakfast was very good. I would probably rent a care next time I come. Ubering or Lifting around can get expensive.

Sleep inn Wesley Chapel was just what I needed. The room was clean, cool and had the most comfortable bed. I was traveling due to my Uncle being ill, I needed a quiet, safe place to sleep and this was the perfect spot. I had cousins staying with their Father and when they decided to get a room, I recommended Sleep Inn. The location was perfect with several restaurants nearby. Pam, working overnights was so helpful and friendly! Dunkin Donuts, very nearby, had wonderful coffee and breakfast croissants and was my morning drive through. Gas stations are nearby and the area felt so safe to me! This is very important for a woman traveling alone!!KimberlyUnited States

Migdalia was there for all of us;asking if we needed anything; she was very careful,making sure that COVID 19 restrictions were kept..helping whoever needed help .And making sure that the area was sanitized after people finished..and she was so polite all the time!!We will come back to your hotel..for sure!
