Staff super friendly, and a really good breakfast, much better than most "motel breakfast"

I didn't get to enjoy the great theater and other activities provided by the College.
The market day has outstanding produce, bakery and crafts.
Dog friendly and walking friendly city. Even rain can't deter you from having a great time exploring the shops and restaurants.

We were only in town for a short period of time (overnight). Wooster appeared to be a nice, clean town. Other than the hotel, we only had dealings with the staff at Meijer's gas station and convenience market. Clerk was very cordial.

For a small Ohio college town, Wooster is quite lively, with a nice downtown area and lovely college campus just up the hill for enjoyable walking. Amish country is just to the south of Wooster, providing the possibility for scenic rural excursions.

Wooster is lovely, easy to get around.
Wooster is lovely, easy to get around. There are many great restaurants to choose from. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Was happy to be able to walk on a short remnant of the original Lincoln Highway. Had a tour of the College of Wooster and visited the Secrest Arboretum at the Ohio State University Research and Development Center. Hope to visit again in the spring.

There was nothing I liked about this place.
There was nothing I liked about this place. False advertising for breakfast, they stated free breakfast but gave the excuse that covid restrictions prohibited that. False advertising for 2 queen beds and we got 2 double beds. Bathroom was dirty and they shoved a towel in where the vent should be. The room had a musty smoke smell. We complained about the free breakfast and were told the owner Nick would call us about a discount for the night. Still waiting on that call a week later. Word to the wise pay a little extra for a decent room somewhere else.
The place is run down and filthy. When arrived I needed to go to the bathroom, I used the one in the lobby, there was exposed wires and filthy. I asked to see room before going any farther. The bed spread was stained with holes, the room smelled like a dirty bathroom. The tub and toilet was dirty . I had made the mistake of a no cancel room thinking it was a hotel we stayed at before .I just lost the money instead of allowing my family to stay in that place.
good location right next to the Main Street
Tammy on reception was very friendly and accommodating - a real gem she is.
good ice machine but no bucket so had to fill up the bin
free coffee on reception
Wooster is a lovely town - they have free summer concerts on over the weekend. However not sure where they dragged Bobby T up from. I’ve heard better from a drunked Tracey in the Royal Oak in Keighley on a Friday night
The hotel is conveniently located just off US 30, which was the road we were traveling on, so we could whip off the highway and the next morning get right back on. The staff at the front desk were pleasant. The room, once we got the right one, was OK -- not spectacular, but comfortable and good enough for one night, Breakfast was OK, the usual budget motel fare.
When I first got there I had to go bad to the desk three different times to get a different room because they were all dirty the lady that checked me in cared more about her phone then her costumer her overall additude sucked the breakfast they had I had better in prison this hotel is absolutely horrible somebody really needs to get in there and help this place
Breakfast was delicious, the facility kept very clean and the staff wonderfully accommodating. Our room was comfortable and cool, and the breakfast area had a great traffic flow. Wooster is a beautiful city and everything just a short drive away. It’s a must-stay!
Had some complications with our booking and payment but they were more than accommodating, and fixed everything for us. Book directly from the hotel instead of through booking. You can get the same rates!
This place is a treasure. Right downtown Wooster within walking distance of the restaurants and coffee shops. Close to the college. The house is stunning. Built early 19th century it is stunning.
The room was nice. Breakfast was better than any other hotel we have stayed in. Clean, comfortable. The pool was a little chilly but we had it to ourselves so that was a plus.
Location was excellent. We ended our days travels and we were in Wooster and I looked up on line and there was only 1 room left. I snagged it just in time.
