Property is quaint and gorgeous. Very comfortable and staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Daily breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

The staff of The Amaruis hotel is outstanding. Thanks to the staff, they made the hotel a warm home. For motherday gift me and my mom visited Vienna. First, I preferred to a very classic old hotel such as Imperial. And I'm so happy I did not book a room at the Imperial! My mom and I enjoyed the hotel. The room, amazing!!! The door of the room (love it), the bed SOO GOOOD!!! The Spa, oh that was so relaxing. The breakfast was very tasteful. And I loved how thoughtful the staff is. My mom loves to eat cream cheese in the morning; however, the cream cheese was not on the menu. But they made it available for my mom. And every time we came for breakfast, the staff knew: she wanted her cream cheese! The staff at the breakfast and at the Bristo are very nice people. And the staff at the front door, so helpful! And the staff at the desk, so thinkful and the staff for cleaning the rooms, so lovely! The staff made this hotel great! And I will come back with my boyfriend in November!

The room was spacious, and the contactless entry and exit worked smoothly. The facilities were good. The location of the apartment is great. It is close to both the U bahn, metro and bus stops. There are several groceries around - Billa, Hofer, etc. There is a lovely park close by where one can sit and relax. The 12th and 13th districts are a little out of the way but well connected to the city centre and other areas. We had, as i will note below, some concerns. But the person manning the messages was prompt and helpful. Beyond a point, however, they could only help so much. I do want to appreciate the help and tips provided.

Warm, cosy, spacious and comfortable apartment in a great and safe location. Staff instructions were accurate and timely, super easy self-chek in. Equipped with everything that you need snd and we would definitely recommend the apartment for a stay in Vienna.

Retko se desi da je app lepsi uzivo nego na slikama , da ne morate da trcite u radnju po neke osnovne stvari za kupatilo i kuhinju , ovaj sve to ima 👏 , od maslinovog ulja osnovnih zacina , kafe , caja , secera do tableta za masinu za sudje i ves ...! Svi aparati u funkciji ( ima i ves masina koju nismo koristili ali kome treba da zna) . Dovoljno posteljine i peskira , veliki prostran stan , svaki detalj lepo opisan za ulazak u app i nalazenje istog ! Blizu stanice za gradski prevoz . Zaista hvala domacinima koji su za svaku pohvalu !
