The place is a dream come true. The house is marvelous and the location is so beautiful. For those who love the rural rest and can appreciate the garden - this is the place. We loved the host with his kind and friendly attitude and some essential advice on parking. We felt very much welcome there. The proximity of Bologna by car is also a great plus.

Perfect rural hotel for a quiet countryside escape ! The restaurant was excellent and full every evening - you certainly eat well in Bologna. The manager Sauro was an excellent and very responsive. We enjoyed the rural walks and nature in this lovely working vineyard.

The decor is amazing. Views are exceptional, host is super friendly. The breakfast was tasty. It is a perfect spot if you are visiting Bologna and do not want to deal with crowds in the city center

One of the nicests hotels we stayed at. We loved the concept of old Villa being upgraded to small luxorius hotel. Very nice pool locaded in a park with old trees. Restaurant next to the hotel with great menu and "normal" prices. Need to reserve a table as it gets quite full with guests from outside. We really enjoyed spending the afternoon and evening there. Wish we could have stayed longer there but the hotel was unfortunately full on the following night. Very good location - we needed exactly 20 minutes by car from the hotel to the parking garage on Piazza VIII Agosto in Bologna.
