We didn't meet any employees during check-in or check-out, but every self-service went well and was easy to understand! The hotel was very cozy, provided with a kitchen at 3F(just a microwave, and refrigerator), and some space for working.

The location was great, it was very close to the Old Town and the main square. However, the hotel was surrounded by pubs and bars so if the windows in the historical building were kept open, you could hear noise from the street.

Room was very spacious. Bed really wide and comfy. Breakfast was really good; omelettes made by order, coffee served on the table, plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, staff was super polite and picked up the plate straight away. Spa was quite small but still enough. In the lobby there was also small cafe where was fresh pastries and almost all were glutein free, extra points for this!
