The view from the terrace was amazing! You had a panorama view over the whole bay of Bonassola. Bedrooms were comfortable. There are a total of 3 bedrooms in the house, 2 in the ground floor (where the terrace is), one in the basement. Shower was clean. Kitchen had all facilities you could ask for. Communication with the host was great, too. Perfect accommodation for one or two couples or a small family. We had a great time there.

Small, charming village that offered authentic local cuisine, great beaches, and not too crowded (even for high season). All restaurants we tried offered tasty food. The best offer was the Tourist lunch menu at Perballe - 15 Euros and the choices were delicious and fresh.

A wonderful small seaside town.
A wonderful small seaside town. Excellent beach, a great choice of restaurants and not as crowded as the nearby Cinque Terre towns. Good walks and cycle routes along the original disused railway lines and tunnels. Frequent trains to all towns along the Ligurian coast.
It was very quaint. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. It is in the mountains, and you do have to climb up and down every morning and night to get to and from the hotel, which we enjoyed. It definitely gets your cardio going. You can take the train into the 5 villages of Cinque Terra or hike in.
They have a lovely breakfast buffet and a sweet cat named Duque, who greets you every day. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is very accommodating. I will definitely be back!!!
Great location - Bonassola is a great starting point if you want to explore Cinque Terre, close and accessible yet less pricey than the villages, Levanto or La Specia. Not to mention that it's much more cozy, less crowded and it has an amazing beach and a few very nice restaurants. Perfect if you want to both enjoy the sea and explore the surroundings. The hotel is in the centre. It was very clean and we especially liked the rooftop breakfast area, it had a great view of the sea.
We stayed four nights at 'Cinzias' and had a wonderful, calm and peaceful stay at her apartment. The accommodation was beautiful, neat and tidy, and the outside area really one of a kind. Keep in mind that the apartment is nestled in the hills of Bonassola area (10-15 drive to the coast) with a wonderful view overlooking the sea. Check-In and communication with Cinzia were uncomplicated and all in all this accommodation offers the best value for money.
This is a lovely, family-run hotel with beautiful gardens to eat and relax in. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and comfy. Do also taste the excellent local meals the restaurant served. It’s also an excellent location from where to hike and explore the Cinque Terre and other parts of Liguria, and Bonassola itself has a lovely beach and bay for swimming, which is not too crowded. We loved it.
This is a fantastic apartment in a great location: 1 minute to the train station, 5 minutes to a great beach and cafes. Bonassola has several paths, we walked and met the sunrise and sunset with a stunning view. Our trip was at the end of October and the weather was wonderful: we swam in the sea, climbed the mountains. It is near 5 lands, two stations by train. Thank you for such friendly relations
Everything was perfect, starting from staff , location, lobby, room and ext.
I only wish the room has at least a kettle and a TV . but the owner explained that it’s a 1star hotel and they do not require to have this.
I could not think that was a 1star hotel , looked like 3+ stars hotel .
Thank you so much for your help and support, all suggestions you gave me.
All the best !!!
great location close to the shore, historic building, nice design elements, superior equipment (washing machine, kitchen utensils, hair dryer etc)
Bonassola is not as busy as the Cinque Terre (which is great - the 5T were very! crowded), but you've got all you need (stores, farmacia, restaurants, railway station)
Stefano is very hospitable and supportive.
The hotel was charming! The view was spectacular! The staff was wonderful! The breakfast was Heaven! I looked forward to it each morning! Located a short train ride from the Cinque Terra! After spending the day in the busyness with all the tourists in the Cinque Terra, it was so amazing and relaxing to spend the evenings in beautiful Bonassola.
Was Parking was limited and tight spots to park a regular jeep. Plus the front desk Italian lady had her problems understanding my Italian and English. She granted me another day to park that rental Jeep then had a parking fine ticket sent or put on my car and passport fine when I was hotel granted an extra day to park on site.
Luca was a really great host. He kindly answered all our questions and he told us how to visit cinque terre. This accommodation is a great location for visiting cinque terre. We left our car in Bonassola and walked about 5 minutes to the train station. Everything was super convenient. Thanks a lot Luca for your hospitality.
Very welcoming staff and lovely view from the balcony. Bea the receptionist was really nice, helped us with restaurant recommendations and bookings. Nice breakfast, wonderful pistacchioo cornetto's and cappucinos with cinnamon and happy faces. The hotel is located in a quiet spot despite the very central location.
It is a really nice family hotel with a friendly staff. It is very close to the beach as well as to the centre. They also serve very nice dinner with tasty home made vine but you need to book in advance during the breakfast.
Excellent place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Liguria. The hotel is in the mountains located in a beautiful place! Very clean and tidy. The staff is amazing! Breakfast is very good! For sure I would recommend this place!
This hotel offers old world charm. It's deco design and antique furnishings made us feel immediately comfortable. The location is ideal for accessing all that this area offers. The staff were friendly and efficient.
Luca is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Great location with a view of the beautiful Bonassola and an amazing breakfast facing it!
Beyond that Luca was very helpful with anything we needed. Great energy!
The owner of the hotel is a very kind hearted man who welcomes you with open arms. The train station was a 3 minute walk and you arrive at Cinque Terre in about 20 minutes with the train.
we liked the location, the view and the fine design details in and around the building. the food was very delicious. the hotel staff was always friendly and helpful.
The staff were lovely and it was very close to the station. It's a tradional and quiet place to stay. There are lots of places to eat and drink in Bonassola.
