The location is perfect to go to the zoo safari and fasanolandia by walk. Which is the reason we chose this amazing hotel. But it is a bit far from centro Di fasano so you need a car. It's around 45 minutes by car from Bari airport.
The staff are amazing and helpful. The restaurant has a very good a la carte menu.
Situated in Fasano, 41 km from Torre Guaceto Reserve, Masseria San Giovanni - Epoca Collection features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a bar.

Holiday Gli Archi was the perfect location for exploring and reaching all the region has to offer. The facilities were beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable and a comfy bed too.. A nice breakfast was served also. Aurelia was the best host, so kind and helpful. The room door had an extra padded interior for soundproofing and it worked extremely well - a thoughtful addition to this beautifully designed accommodation. Parking was plentiful within a locked secure gate on the property. The views from the terrace were beautiful and having our own terrace was lovely.
The Masseria Salamina is a 17th-century castle set among olive groves and farmland.

We had a wonderful stay in this classic and beautiful land house straight from a fairytale! The staff was super friendly and both breakfast and diner at the restaurant were superb.
Set in a manor house from the 1700s, Masseria Torremossa is 9 km from Fasano’s centre. It features a garden with a citrus orchard and is surrounded by olive groves.

The Masseria was absolutely stunning. There was a certain soothing atmosphere on the property that was very comfortable. The swimming pool and sun beds were very relaxing and well taken care of. Around the property the owner Nino and his wife grew a lot of different vegetables and fruits, which they served during breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was also really comprehensive and with great quality. For dinner it was possible to make a reservation in the restaurant area, close to the garden. They served a 2/3/4 course menu with their own or other local ingredients, which tasted absolutely fantastic. The rooms were quite nice either.
With a wide furnished terrace, Villa Lorenza offers sea-view rooms in a peaceful area 3 km from Fasano centre. Guests can enjoy a sweet breakfast every morning, and make use of free on-site parking.

Facano is placed geographically in the mid of many touristique places: Alberobello, Matera, Monopli, Poligniano a Mare and Ostuni, to enumerate the most visited places that worth to be see. Bari and Lecce are within 1 hour driving distance, and Brindisi in 45 mins. Great position.
I am more of a country guy and I stayed on the hill. Facano center is a typical old Italian town with narrowed street for those we like that.

The villa was absolutely gorgeous. Spacious and comfortable!
Clara prepared for us some lovely foods (local pizza variety, bruschetta with local cheeses, olives, and water infused with her garden herbs.
You need a car to get around Fasano and Cisternino from the villa.
The outdoor patio and dining and kitchen were fabulous…we want to take advantage of that next time! So many trees and fruits and flowers…Claudio and Clara are more than happy to explain all the landscaping and nearby shops and restaurants. The pool is large and very clean.

Old town very interesting but dead during the daytime (as closed most of the day) however we found a wonderful restaurant called Ardecuore, Trattoria in Corso Vittorio Emanuele - we went twice in 3 days as it was so great. The sharing menu at 20 euros (for 2 people) was amazing! Pasta delicious and wine superb....Great staff. You can park on white boxes not blue unless you pay in a meter and yellow are off limits. Visit the churches and old area of town.

Cute little classic old Italian town.
Cute little classic old Italian town. Pretty small with a few cute shops, but not a huge amount to do. We wondered around for a morning that was enough time really. Surrounding fasano is farmland - olive groves etc. Really beautiful.
This was such a beautiful hotel, run by a lovely and welcoming family. It was so authentic, you’ll never find anything like it anywhere in the world! The food was incredible and the hotel is situated around gorgeous millennial olive trees. Our bedroom was facing into the most beautiful orange garden (aranceto), it felt like sleeping in a movie. The family were available for anything we needed and gave us lots of recommendations of places to see in the area. Would 100% recommend and can’t wait to be back!
We really appreciated the kindness and the professional care of our hosts who arranged everything to make our stay lovely (welcome drinks, etc.). Luigi was easy to reach and prompt to answer our questions/requests. He is a local, and he can give you relevant recommendations.
Facilities are very good (smart TV, coffee maker, air conditioning, private parking space, etc.), plenty of space, the flat is tastefully decorated, located in the centre of Fasano, in a secure and quiet building.
Wonderful place! Very cozy and clean, with everything you need available. We felt like home. Communication was very easy. Fasano is centrally located and towns to visit are close by. There is an amazing Zoo Safari that everyone should visit. Near the apartment there is a snack bar, cafeterias and restaurants for a delicious meal. Parking is not difficult, when you go around the neighboring streets you find a free space. The area is very peaceful. I recommend.
Words can’t express how much we love it here. The rooms are luxury and clean, food is INCREDIBLE, staff is kind and attentive, pool is 10/10. The spa was incredible. Truly an dream staying here. This is now our favorite stay in Puglia. We switched our trip around to come back and stay an additional 2 nights at the end of our trip because we love it so much. The team here clearly take so much pride in their masseria and it shows.
The location was great - close to town and motorways but whilst at the the residence it was quiet and felt as though one was deep in the countryside. The room was fresh, clean and spacious and the owner helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast was at the adjoining masseria and was very good and situated in a picturesque courtyard. We also had a lunch and dinners there - all very good. A delightful stay. Thank you Miriam.
The owner met us upon arrival, and the place was even more beautiful in person. A true bed and breakfast established with exquisite design and the personal touch of Fasano. We also appreciated the ability to park our car within the security of the grounds. Once settled in, the owner invited us to over to the kitchen space for a complimentary glass of bubbly!
Beautiful, tastefully renovated traditional farmhouse with an old olive mill, in the outskirts of Fasano, surrounded by old olive trees. We loved the tranquility away from the town and the nice breakfast buffet. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Beautiful pool area which unfortunately we couldn't enjoy much because of a spell of cold weather.
The staff are very kind and welling to help.
The hotel is clean, the room spacious and clean.
The location is great, very close to the main road and also to the center and there is Lidl very close. And Fasano location is good for star trips to the area (Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni, Polignano...)
Free parking right on the front of the hotel
The property is absolutely beautiful and is located centrally in Fasano Town. The Owner was incredibly helpful and even offered to make a reservation for us at a restaurant one evening. We stayed for two nights whilst we were viewing our wedding venue locally. The owner gave us a gift as we left to wish us a happy marriage.
The location is very close to Fasano city center. The room it's big and spacious and very clean.
There are plenty of heating options if you stay here during winter, as we did.
The owner, Giuliana, is very nice and friendly.
Fasano is kind of in the center of Puglia, so it's easy to reach other places by car
The place is lovely. Once you pass the quite steep strairs at the entrance you open the door to a nicely decorated, cosy apartment. The first floor has a great bathroom and a spacious living room. On the second floor the very comfy bed is awaiting for a good night sleep. All in all lovely
The suite was beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The interior had such a calming and soothing vibe. If you're seeking a peaceful and laid-back stay for a night or two, where you don't mind driving to places for 10-20 minutes, this place could be perfect for you.
The Masseria is a nice venue in the countryside.
The staff are very helpful and pleasant.
A recommended location for guests with cars who like to explore Masserie and the beautiful region.
