Spent several days here while we attended the NCAA Lacrosse Championships. If I could give the Roost an 11, I would. It was an incredible stay. Incredible room, easy access. Secured parking, Security for the elevators getting to your room - you need a key card to use them. Can't say enough about the room or the staff. New facility so things were... new. But the room was spacious with a bedroom, living room (with big flat screen TV's in both), a nice bathroom and an incredible kitchen - well stocked with the normal cups, plates, bowls and utensils. Easy access to a bike path along the river right next the The Roost. The staff was incredible - at check-in, check-out and with any questions we had during our stay. Pool and workout facility are available. If we ever head back to Philly, this is where we will stay!!!
