I return to this motel because the beds are so comfortable! The bathrooms are in great condition! I feel comfortable with the lighting of the parking spaces. The location is near the Arkansas River, food and shopping.

It seemed to be a older facility which had been given a face lift . For the most part it was clean and modernized and for the cost a decent value .

Clean, good location. Staff was professional and friendly and not intrusive. Disappointed that pool as not open when we stayed, but mechanical issues do happen. Nothing awful to report but neither anything exceeding our expectations. We had a relatively quiet (main floor with traffic past our room to the rooms past ours) and comfortable room.

You incompetent people overbooked our stay, therefore, we were forced to find another hotel, in a small, rural location, at 10:00 pm, after traveling from Virginia to Colorado. We will more than likely choose another site going forward.
