They were very competitive. They upgraded me to skyline room. They were ready to help. The house keeping my man "Sadik" did a very good job. My apartment was clean all the time. I stayed at Rixos Istanbul and was fantastic, I chose the resort for the name, however the place need to be updated for a rapport price quality, the food so so, very bad experience. the only positive note the service desk all of them “thanks” instead concierge very rude
