Everything - the reception staff were so helpful and accommodating I only stayed 1 night and (Pedro) at the reception went through everything with me he also offered me a 1pm check out which was so nice. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Food was good. Will defiantly be back.

Situated in Palm Jumeirah, Andaz Dubai The Palm – a concept by Hyatt features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Everything. From the welcoming and ever so helpful staff, to the outstanding level of cleanliness, to the buffet meals at lunch and dinner. Tip: well worth considering half board!

I stayed at Rixos Istanbul and was fantastic, I chose the resort for the name, however the place need to be updated for a rapport price quality, the food so so, very bad experience. the only positive note the service desk all of them “thanks” instead concierge very rude

Located on Palm West Beach on the exclusive Palm Jumeirah, this luxury beachfront resort boasts 10 bars & restaurants, a private beach, eforea spa, ocean-view pool, and much more. Everything from food to service exceeded my expectation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who loves beach vacation. I would rate this hotel 10/10. Thanks for everything!
