Located on Limassol’s sandy beach, Park Beach Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with balcony or terrace. It has a large outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and a gym. The room was exceptionally clean. The breakfasts were very nice - not just basic cereals/coffee type like you get in many cheaper 3 star hotels, but some actual menu to choose from (albeit the choices are limited). All the appliances in the room were working flawlessly. The bathroom was very clean, no signs of mold (even though I stayed on the ground floor during the wet season). If you're looking for a modest but decent hotel in the area, this is definitely a good choice.

I travelled with my family, one kid.. the checkin and checkout process was very easy and convenient; the location is amazing, right across the dassoudi beach, parking space is available always. Apartment is very well equipped, clean sheets and towels.. everything about our stay was wonderful!

Enjoying a seafront location in Limassol, family-run Surf & Sun Holiday Apartments are 20 metres from the nearest beach. They offer self-catered accommodation with Mediterranean Sea views. The apartment was very nice and well equipped but the location really made it wonderful.
