The location is superb for a visit to Duesseldorf, lovely, quiet neighbourhood a short walk from the trams which whisk you into the City Centre every 10 minutes in what seems like no time at all. The rooms were comfortable and warm, the added bonus was the shared kitchen as we were 2 couples travelling together so we could breakfast together in the kitchen. The kitchen itself was very well equipped and the coffee machine deserves a special mention, the best facility I have come across in many years of travelling. Our host Peter was friendly and helpful and he provided plenty of information about the Gerresheim area which itself has many restaurants and shops, we didn't need to venture into the City on our first night.

Perfect accommodation in a stunning place!!! The house is a huge, and inside it they rent a large and spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a large bathroom. The hosts Veronika and her husband were charming and kind, they welcomed us with a smile, helped us with carrying the luggage to the apartment, Veronika agreed to do all the laundry for 5 people after a week of traveling (of course I paid her for the service) the apartment is fully equipped with towels, bed linen, the kitchen is well equipped , the fridge is full of delicacies, drinks, cheeses, sausages and every morning you get fresh bread delivered to your door. They even take care of toothbrushes... The hosting was perfect, the apartment is clean and cozy and the area is charming, quiet and beautiful. There is parking and the value is completely fair for the price paid. warmly recommended!!!
