The staff was very helpful and nice, any time I came to the desk there was a person who would help me with a smile, they addressed all the requests I had. Breakfast was good and had hot dishes. On-demand cleaning was meticulous.

If I go again, I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Absolutely clean and neat hotel, it’s a well maintained hotel with super clean rooms. You will find all required accessories inside the room. Hotel staff is so kind, helpful and always smiling. Reception area GEORGI (all three of them) plus MYRIAM were so helpful. Breakfast is limited however I think it’s fine considering the overall ambiance. Wonderful seating area for the breakfast. Staff at the breakfast area are helpful and kind too. (Niko, Ana) Any hotel, it’s the service rendered by their staff which makes a real difference and I must say this hotel has a very kind and helpful staff. God bless them. We even extended our stay and cancelled the other hotel in a different area because first 5 days we had a great experience. For the folks who want late night life, you may need to book a GRAB (5 mins journey) however you will find all possible stuff nearby including restaurants, coffee shops, grocery etc.

It was everything I needed - good price, really calm, quiet, comfortable and comfortable bed, clean, the owner Khatia was really helpful and friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. I really liked the location too - a short walk to great parts of the city. The garden is really nice too. All in all I loved it here and would definitely recommend it to others.
