Excellent hotel, great location, friendly staff. The bedrooms are new and quite spacious. The thermal bath, which is part of the hotel, is certainly a plus. What could be better is the quality of the sofa bed (the mattress is too soft, not really comfortable).

Hotel Collect - Adults Only is a newly renovated, luxury boutique hotel in Budapest downtown, located next to Károlyi Park, within a few minutes walking distance from Hungarian National Museum and 400... Absolute best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would stay here again and again. The service went above & beyond! Sara was so helpful in booking our cruise and several dinners for us before we even arrived! Our room was upgraded and it was so spacious & beautifully designed. Everything was clean, the bathroom was massive, and the location of the hotel was perfect (close to the airport shuttle bus stop, metro station, and walking distance to most sights). The breakfast had to be the most complete continental breakfast (eggs, cereals, juices, ginger shot, meats, pastries, cheeses, spreads, etc.), and they even prepared an early breakfast for us the day we needed to check out. Thank you so much to all of the staff for making our trip that much better!

Situated in Budapest, a 5-minute walk from the Great Market Hall, Hotel Memories OldTown offers a wellness area with a fitness centre. Hotel was very comfortable and clean and located in an excellent area for exploring Budapest - easy walking distance to many of the sites that I wanted to see. I felt safe even walking alone at night. Staff were very professional and friendly - we had a minor concern with our room and the staff member Xnie made changes to the room assignment immediately to address our concerns. Breakfast was excellent - very tasty and extensive number of choices. Coffee orders individually taken, prepared and served promptly - very good! Arrived early in the day - but were welcomed, offered coffee and fresh pastry and allowed to store our luggage until check-jn later in the day - much appreciated!
