The hotel is in walking distance from everything or a 10min Uber ride. They also have motorized scooters everywhere.

A block from the beach, Best Western Plus Condado Palm Inn & Suites, offers the best location, a sun terrace with a heated swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and excellent service. The staff was excellent and so was the accommodations.

Located in Condado, Puerto Rico, this boutique hotel is just 1 block from Condado Beach and has free WiFi in public areas and rooms with air conditioning. Property was clean. Check in was easy. The staff member at the front desk - Eddy- was extremely friendly and went out of his way to switch our room to a bigger room when we had an extra person with us. Although the hotel was booked for the night he was able to switch me to a room with the same size bed but a little more space to maneuver with an extra person.

I received excellent & friendly service from staff & employees, especially Cartagena, Nadine, Momiska and Juan Carlos. Superb accommodations in mobility accessible room 203 ! Glad to see rooftop included breakfast is back.
