We got married during our stay there, and they accommodated all needs, brought our packages we had to order last minute up to our room, ensured we had chairs for hair and make up, and cleaned our sometimes ridiculous mess (we tried to pick up as much as possible).

Fint och rent hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Mycket bra städning av rummet, dagligen. Vi hade frukost inräknat i vårt rum, god och varierad frukost. Läget av hotellet var superbra.

Absolutely perfect location - five minute walk to Rockefeller Center. Saks Fifth Avenue also minutes away. Hotel is warm and inviting, beautifully decorated for the holidays. Staff go above and beyond - bell hop, front desk, concierge. Room is immaculately clean and bigger than most in NYC. We could actually fit our suitcases and walk around. Bed was super comfortable and linens top quality. Highly recommend.
