The room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, just minutes from the Disney Parks and other entertainment. We'll definitely stay again.

We had an issue with the credit card on check-in and they very kindly let us check-in with a minimum charge on the card. Everything in the property is clean and pristine. The best experience ever!

Located in Orlando, Florida, this resort is 15 minutes by car to Walt Disney World. It offers a gym, outdoor swimming pool and kid's pool, as well as access to nearby restaurants. Vacation home away from home. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The counter staff were polite and helpful in answering my queries (especially Olivia). The room was spacious for my family of 5 (including three teenagers). The living room and the bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for a home-cooked meal. There is a bathroom jacuzzi tub for two pax, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. They also service the apartment every other day. The washing and dryer machine was a bonus to travel light. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. The location was incredible, and there was complimentary transport pick-up/drop-off service to the various major theme parks (Disney and Universal). The site is also within 10 min drive to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet.

Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista / Orlando is located in the heart of Lake Buena Vista, just 2.4 km away from the Walt Disney World Resort. It's a great hotel. Friendly staff, good location, all amenities that we needed. I particularly like the fact that they have a fitness room. Their breakfast is awesome.

The hotel is perfectly located close to Disney and Universal, about ~15min car ride to each. Rooms are large and clean, comfortable beds, great shower pressure. Very friendly staff at the bar. Tasty affordable snacks at the local kitchen for when the kids were too tired to eat out, but also lots of restaurants in walking distance. Nice outdoor pool, always clean, clean towels always on stock. Breakfast was included in our room fare, we found it very good as well.
