The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are very friendly and all the family fell in love with them. The location is beautiful and right on the bay and not far away from the action. The only thing missing is room service.

Situated next to the Hyde Street Cable Car stop, this all-suite hotel is an 8-minute walk from Fisherman’s Wharf. The rooftop deck offers views of San Francisco Bay. Lots of space, great kitchen, location is perfect, super comfortable beds. We had a view to elcatraz from our porch :-)

Excellent hotell perfectly located near Fisherman´s Wharf. I especially enjoy the complementary coffee in the morning, the comfortable beds and the great service provided by every individual at the hotel. The reception made it possible for us to borrow their bikes for a trip to Sausalito and even extending our usage for an extra hour to accompany the ferry timetable. There are plenty of great breakfast cafes close to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Hyatt ligger bara 3 minuters promenad från Fisherman's Wharf. Hotellet har en egen restaurang och en lounge. Här finns också en uppvärmd utomhuspool och en bubbelpool. The room was comfortable and quiet. lots of facilities that we needed could be provided and staff were very helpful. Free bike hire was a bonus. Bed was comfortable and large. right near cable car stop, Trader Joes and Walgreens

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is brilliant, so close to everything. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Rooms are spotless and the beds super comfy. We stayed for 6 nights and couldn't fault one thing.
