The buildings have all been recently remodelled and as an Architect I can say to a very high standard indeed. Excellent food on offer from local sources. The manager - Tiziana was really welcoming and friendly; nothing was too much trouble. I was here for an athletics event in Caorle not for the horse-riding. The stables looked fab and the horses very well looked-after.

Seamless booking, reception and overall 2-day stay. Convenient to relax away from the hussle and bustle of Carole beach/hotel scene. Silvia is an extraordinary hostess. Staying here was like arriving to the comforts of home. I am very happy to have found this property and will stay again. English is spoken here!

A PERFECTION A-Z, the place has an unique "genius loci", and reminds me of vintage movies, including Fellini's Amarcord. If you think your home is a well cleaned, then go to Sesta Presa to adjust your standards! :-) There were none of the spots on the windows, sofa, kitchen or in the bathroom. Everything even smells like 5stars hotels. Kitchen is equipped to another level of perfection, all you might need, and even more, including stuff for cleaning. Comfortable bed in the master bedroom, nice, freshly smelling towels. The owner conveys outstanding professionalism, yet is friendly, puts a great emphasis on sustainability. All of the relevant information both on the accommodation, equipment or even more, can be found in the written, well structured, extensive "guide" available in the apartment. A lovely welcome bonus and surprise - a bottle of water and prosecco in the fridge, highly appreciated! :-)

Perfect, unique, unbelievably beautiful location - close to the private beach, just a short walk through well maintained garden with big pool through small forrest. Even while few kilometres from crawdy places (Caorle, Lidi di Jesolo) the place is very quiet and the water is clean.
