It has a lift for the luggage. He's generous too for the free wine and water dispenser(outside rooms), snacks (bread, coffee &tea). The place is clean, good wifi and of course AC (it's a must for the summer heat). Very good location- near Santa Maria Novella Station, a lot of places to eat around. Our host was incredibly helpful- warm, friendly, the best of Italy; but also went out of her way to help us with groceries, excursion planning, etc. The pool was beautiful. Our room was spotless, high ceilings made the whole place feel fresh and cool amidst hot temperatures. Surrounding terraced farms and olive trees outside our window made everything picture perfect. Highly recommend this place!
