Lovely breakfast on a terrace with knock-out views. Beautiful and tranquil garden (but don't ask about the mosquitos..!). A bit out of Stresa so you def need a car but there is ample parking. Lovely to have a cat on the premises, too! Really would recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Biomatto! The farm and the guesthouse were beautiful and the daily breakfast was so good (with delicious vegan options). Francesca and her family were super friendly and great hosts. We will certainly come again!

I would revisit this place any day and can't wait to go back.

Agriturismo La Miniera se află în Gignese și oferă vedere la munte, un restaurant, o recepție deschisă nonstop, un bar, o grădină, o piscină în aer liber sezonieră și o terasă. we loved that it’s in the mountains right between two of the most beautiful lakes Lago di Maggiore and Lago d’orta. The animals in the property were beautiful as well. Dinner at the agriturismo was wonderful!!

Set in the hills above Verbania, Agriturismo Monterosso is a working farm from 1888. It produces its own meat, fruit and vegetables, which you can sample in the restaurant and buy to take home. Not sure how one can rate it below 10 – it’s been one of the best stays recently, if not all time. Owners are super friendly and nice in general, food is great and the place is so calm and fulfilling. Will definitely return

With panoramic views of the Alps and Lake Maggiore, Agriturismo Da Attilio offers a peaceful location and a traditional restaurant, a 25-minute drive from Cannobio. The view of Lago Maggiore was amazing. The food was some of the best I had in Italy during out stay. There were lots of great hiking trails nearby. The staff was friendly and their pets were adorable.

Set in Ticino Nature Park, Cascina Campaccio is in Taino, 5 minutes' drive from the shores of Lake Maggiore. This country-style house features a cosy lounge with fireplace. This b&b was nicely decorated, very clean and staff was very pleasant. It was a bonus to have a sauna in the room.
