Pension has been in family for years and they do an excellent job! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great in charming breakfast room. Location is perfect to walk to city center for dinner and to reach area attractions nearby. Great location overall. Beautiful view of the mountains too.

Reality is much better than pictures on booking.com! It was our second stay and the gouesthouse and the room were again perfect: you have all you need in the small kitchen, room is very comfortable, with good wi-fi and private balcony with Karwendel view. Lärchenhang is not in the center, but thanks to location (a little higher than center) you will have extremely beautiful view from the balcony.

Mittenwald is so small that there is no difference if your hotel is in the middle or not. There is not much free parking slots in the middle of course, but the hotel has its own. There is also a very good restaurant downstairs. And these hiking trails...
