Everything about my stay here was outstanding! The bed was comfy, the bathroom of the master suiite is incredible, the common areas were clean and comfortable especially the patio downstairs. Most importantly Leon was a magnificent host with excellent recommendations who went above and beyond.

I loved how much care Adrian and his lovely wife put into this location which is just 15 minutes away on foot from Colon (a main transport connection point for Valencia). Their recommendations really contributed to a better visiting experience too. Their spotlessly clean place has everything a traveler might need: a comfortable bed, an air conditioning system which allows you to set a perfect temperature, a mini-fridge for late night snacks and even some tea & cookies for times of cravings. The breakfast room is accessible from 6-10 everyday and there are just 4-5 tables, but the accommodation venue is small, so it's never crowded. The breakfast items are fresh, delicious and on the sweet side: freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants, cookies, cereal & milk, jam & butter, but there's some yoghurt or melted cheese as well. Their coffee is great! I also arrived late & left very early, so it was easier with the self-check-in & check-out process. I'll definitely book them again whenever I'm in Valencia!

The accommodation was in a great location, everything was very close. The owner was very kind and helpful, he gave me a map of all the main places to visit in Valencia and also offered a possibility to rent a bicycle a day. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little bit small but it was enough for my stay there (2 nights).

The staff was very polite and welcoming all the time. They accommodated all our requests and helped us with a very early checkin. The location is great. Within 5-10 minutes, you are everywhere in the center, museums, cathedral, churches, bars and restaurants. It is very quiet. The street doesn't any have bars or restaurants and limited car access, so at night you couldn't hear anything All was spotless clean and well thought, and the beds were quite comfortable with a choice of different pillows. It's really great value for money (especially considerig the prices around)

The hotel is super cute and quaint. The rooms are a good size for the price, and we loved the little terrace. The bed was super comfortable and the TV was a nice touch to help us relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Perfect location (small, calm street in the center), clean, new, bright room with beautiful view through window, extra equipment: coffe machine with coffe capsules and sugar, even small fridge. Perfectly located air-conditonair (in the hall/entrance, not above the bed as usually in hotels). Distance check-in with door code. Best hotel during our visit in Spain (despite the fact that the others were more expensive)
