Truly an amazing host and an awesome place! Fabio made sure we had everything we needed from a great breakfast spread, bathroom amenities and a free daily cleaning service. He was very attentive with our every need and fast to respond to any questions we had. The room was impeccable and thoughtfully decorated. We had a mini fridge, a safe and a good sized balcony to enjoy our morning coffee and unwind in the evening. Location is 5 minutes away from the beach and has many stores and good restaurants in the vicinity.

Localisation of the place is absolutely amazing, both in terms of beach access as well as communication with Rome. Really great place to visit Rome and Ostia Antica as commuting is super easy.
