The landlord was very helpful and understanding. He gave us detailed instructions on how to use various appliances and was always there if we needed him. The room was very clean with everything one would need - large flat screen TV, iron, blow dryer, the scales to weigh the luggage, power adaptera for European plug ins, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, kettle and more. We had plenty of room to store our clothes, big drawers and a closet. Everything was clearly explained. It was very affordable to rent this room and was within a 5 minute walk from tourist sites such as the Tower or the Tower Bridge.

Swan Guest House is 5 minutes walk from West Drayton railway station which is on Elizabeth line from where you can get to central London in 25 minutes. WE loved it’s quaintness, being from the USA, we don’t get to experience the English hospitality and Robert showed us exceptional hospitality. He was so kind to fix us a cup of tea after a long, long flight. He was anxious to help in any way, calling a taxi for us the next morning and making sure we were up for our departing flight. Well worth the time and money to spend a short layover in London.

The 3-star guest house has quiet street views and is 5.3 km from Brunel University. Harrow-on-the-Hill is 9.2 km from the guest house and Greenford is 10 km away. Great house, very very clean, the heating was perfect, the room very confortable. Breakfast also great, daily juice, milk and cereals. Will repeat next time I fly over.

Gamal and Sally were excellent hosts and I felt at home for my week long stay. The room was tidy and well laid-out. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and extra touches like sensor lighting in the common areas meant it was easy to make my way to my room when coming back late at night.

The guest house features family rooms. such a beautiful and clean room. all the extras were appreciated. yummy snacks are included, as are robes and slippers and a welcome drink of your choosing on arrival. had to be the cleanest room ive ever stayed in. lovely pub snd neighbourhood.
