Great communication before our arrival and during our stay. We were sent video instructions on how to reach the property and where the keys were. It couldn't have been any easier. The property has awesome views, ample room, good amenities, beds were comfortable and with a fully laden kitchen it had everything we needed. We had lots of questions and Erica would always respond quickly and was a great help. At the bottom of the hill there is a carpark that has a tunnel going under the main road which leads to a small secluded beach. At the top of the hill is an awesome trail that takes you up into the hills. We have been to Switzerland and are now back in Cannobio for a few days wishing we were back in Ca' Del Lago
