This lovely apartment is situated in a convenient part of the old town of Lanciano, a short walk from the main square where there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. The hosts met us to let us in and show us around the apartment. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and what to see and do. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well equipped. We were even treated to some local produce upon arrival and the kitchen area was stocked with coffee, tea, milk, water and other useful supplies. Really, this was more like a hotel rather than self-catering as you are very well looked after. For parking, we used the Parcheggio Piazza Garibaldi which is free (except market day on Wednesdays) and minutes walk from the apartment. I'd recommend this as a great place to stay when visiting Lanciano.
