Si sviluppa su quattro piani, ciascuno con un singolo ambiente (ingresso/bagno, cucina, salotto, camera/bagno) arredato con grande gusto e super confortevole. Bisogna solo essere preparati a fare tante scale, ma è veramente una casa STUPENDA. Consigliatissimo.

The host waited for us at the airport and showed the apartment, gave information on best places with info of precise locations for meals, the logistics how to get to Troggir or SPLIT. We tried many good places, but the most stars would get the same place, Nikša(the hosts) provided the breakfast at! The appartment/studio has all the necessary appliances: very convenient-you can cook(coffee mashine, kettle, dishwasher, mixer etc) , take care of your clothes(washing mashine, iron and the table for it). On every step there was this amazing feeling-wow-they even have this available for guests. There is a complete trust! The space is not wide(at least in our studio, but really-how much time does one person spend in a room?! The appliances are of good quality and all the necessary basic hygiene stuff are available. The breakfast-very nice (but not a buffet), we loved the salmon-avocado TOAST. Nikša is amazing host, could ask him many different questions and tooook really good care of us. The place is in between from the Airport and SPLIT. With the 38 bus some 40 minutes to SPLIT. I loved it, because it seemed much quitter and cleaner than SPLIT.

We had an amazing time and can only recommend the house, the host was so kind and accommodating with the time so that it was easier with our baby schedule. We had such a lovely time that the only negative thing is that it went too fast!

Situato nel porto turistico di Portorose, il Floating Sea Houses MARINA LUX offre una terrazza all'ultimo piano con vasca idromassaggio privata e una terrazza solarium con lettini. It was a really special experience to stay on the sea for a few days. Very well equipped, practically furnished accommodation. Special and good location, the rooftop was amazing, and there was access to a beach as well (only few steps from the door). Eva was really kind and helpful. And there was a beautiful sunset in front of the floating house on the beach.
