The property was built in 2022 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. My stay at Etheres was amazing. 4 nights of total bliss. The thing I appreciated most is how clean the villas was and the premises ( pool, backyard, outside chairs and tables ). The view is absolutely terrific. You can see the whole city of Nikiti and the beautiful blue sea. AC was working great and it was placed in the living room so we could keep it on all night long without bothering any of the bedrooms. The shower gel and shampoo provided were plenty and very high quality also. The beach is only a 5-6 minutes drive. Most of the good taverns and bars are near the location, 3-4 minutes drive or 10-15 minutes walk. Also there is a delivery service that got us all the needed goodies, breakfast in the morning etc. The host provided us with a list of the best restaurants in the area, we visited 3 of them and they were very good indeed. Also there is gentleman that cleans the private pool 2 or 3 times per day, that kept my wife really happy. Upon leaving we asked for a late checkout and the host agreed at no extra cost! Very nice and friendly from their side ! I recommend this location 10/10, I want to return next year.

All units here are air-conditioned and feature flat-screen smart TVs in every room, living room with a sofa, a well-equipped kitchen. Ground floor suites provide private small pool, two ensuite bathrooms with shower. Upstairs suites provide private exterior jacuzzi and one bathroom with shower. All units have hairdryer and free toiletries. A dishwasher, a fridge and stovetop are also provided, as well as a kettle, toaster and a coffee machine. Stunning views. Located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Quiet and peaceful area. Large deck with jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset behind Mount Olympos, across the water. If available, book the Two-Bedroom Suite with Private Jacuzzi (1)- also called Erato suite, which has an excellent position for views and watching the sunset. Very spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Two good coffee makers with plenty of ground coffee and coffee pods. Responsive host allowed early check-in. Large TV with streaming services. Good Wifi. We liked the position so much we chose to have our dinners in the apartment instead of in the restaurants in the near by town. A little off the beaten track, but close enough to drive to the town and the beaches around Kassandra. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Restaurants and bars can be found within 300 metres, while the nearest super market is at 50 metres. My husband and son were here with friends two days before going to Athos. They are very satisfied and say that they would always come back again. These are some of their impressions: The villa is close to the beach. It's calm and quiet. Large and beautiful yard. Two large markets are nearby. And the most important - the host is very kind and pleasant. I hope our whole family will come at the end of the summer to enjoy what this accommodation has to offer.
