We got a free room upgrade and stayed in a separate building close to the swimming pool. The room was very comfortable, except for the mosquitos that were coming to visit us. The hotel arranged our transfer car and ferry and all went very smoothly. We had a room upgrade much appreciated. The staff were all very friendly and attentive to our questions and needs. The food choices were very good and in particular the breakfast - amazing. A regular free shuttle to town 5-mins away. Lots of seating in secluded areas for relax or reading. There is a warm and cold swimming pool.
