Convincing location - close to vaporetto stops and Fondamenta dei Ormesini - a street with bars and restaurants, perfect for the evening. Combo has many rooms with canals view, a modest but tasty breakfast, own bar, winebar, restaurant and space for just rest as well. Really great accommodation in the historical building.

Definitely recommended! It is close to the Venice bus/train station (walkable). Silvia and her colleagues were kind and helpful although I was late to arrive for check in. Eateries are right outside the door, so the hassle of looking for food right after you reach is saved. It has a terrace which is open all night - a good place to chill and meet other travellers. Overall really affordable, good location and very kind staff.

This hostel exceeded my expectations, and I think that the pictures on the site do not do justice to the place, it is soo much nicer in real life. The staff was pleasant and kind! I didn't just check in - I got a helpful overview of the area and recommendations on what to do in Venice during one day I was spending there. The room and the entire facilities were super clean, the bedding was nice and the beds were comfy. You have a key to the facility and a personal cubby that locks to keep your stuff in the room locked. The location is superb, and the ferry stop is just nearby you can start your ride around the grand canal and secure a nice seat early instead of the crowded ferries you catch near the central train station. The place has a shared kitchen with dishes and cutlery, so you can even cook your own meals if you want to do so.
