Excellent location to access directly to the lifts, and also in the main street of Saas Fee, near to bars, restaurants and apres-ski places. Good breakfast and nice SPA. The staff were very friendly and informative, and were so helpful when I had to extend a night due to travel plan changes. The single room is spacious with full sized bathtub in the private bathroom. The spa/sauna area is modern and I had the several facilities all to myself for both times I went. The hotel offered pick-up and drop-off services from/to the bus-stop, which was very helpful for me given my luggage and the snow. Breakfast was also amazing, partly because of their close relationship with the Chinese/Thai restaurant downstairs. I had a wonderful time there and would definitely recommend this place.

Overall excellent but did not find the piste marking / maps adequate. As a result it took some time to work the area out. I also feel the village could improve their website and the number and arrangement of webcams. It is way more beautiful than these show

Saas Fee is stunning.
Saas Fee is stunning. The resort was excellent and everyone there was really nice and very polite. The restaurants we ate at were of a very high quality and being Switzerland you expect to pay fairly high prices. The Apres and nightlife was better than other resorts I've visited and I think the people made that the case. We went in January and were apparently very lucky with the weather being sunny as according to a local its usually blizzards. Please note that the pistes face north so were shaded near the bottom. For more sun exposure we drove 5mins to Saas Grund which our ski pass covered. Saas Grund hasn't as many runs but it was still worth a day trip. To summarise I would definitely hit this place up again.
The customer service was very friendly, hospitable, and flexible to our needs.
I was on a long trip and asked if I could use the laundry, and they accommodated me, although they said it was not a regular service.
The spa was great and this place even has a training room and swimming pool.
I have other favorite accommodations in Saas-Fee, but I would stay here again next time.
Very nice stay, really great hosts 👍 who make you feel like at home.
Even though the location is at the end of the village it is very well connected to the village center as 2 of the bus lines stop there. One of them has its terminus right in front of the hotel so you are sure to always get a free space on the bus when you want to leave for the ski slopes in the morning.
The location of the apartments is perfect, easy walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, scenic walking trails and the ski lifts. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious enough for a family to stay comfortably. The views of the alpine mountains is spectacular, although this type of view comes expected with the region in general.
One in our company was ill upon arrival and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating with extra tea, fluids and vitamins to take up to our room. It is a well run family hotel right at the start of the lifts, so perfect for skiing trips Also the half-board dinner was very nice and tasteful.
Great B&B hotel in very convenient location right opposite the gondola & ski back to doorstep. Short walk into town for restaurants / bars. Excellent breakfast (1 of the best on our 6 week tour of Switzerland). Fabulous views & lovely spa. Efficient pick up & drop off at central
Parkhaus.
Great location, very nice room, bar and spa area. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly, the shuttles to the ski lifts and to / from the parking were very fast. The upgrade to the hotel compared to seven years ago were very nice.
the breakfast, dinner, the bar were amazing. the staff, facilities and the spa were also fantastic.
The comforters were out of this world, i never slept so well in my life.
This is the first hotel in my entire life I have literally nothing to complain about.
The hotel is in one of the best areas of Saas Fee, just a few minutes from the slopes and the main street with restaurants and bars. Our room was in the top floor, so really quiet, and with a good view of the surrounding mountains
Superb location to ski in / out and close to bars and restaurants.
We had an excellent meal in the restaurant with great service.
Spa facilities were great and welcome after a day on the slopes.
Apartments were well equipped.

Gorgeous, gorgeous place. We stayed in the top floor apartment and I could live there. Saas Fee is one of our favorite places in Switzerland and this was the perfect place to enjoy it from.
