Relaxation, sun and a splendid panorama overlooking Flaine Grand Massif awaits you in this warm and spacious 41 m2, 2-room apartment with all comfort. Start on skis (return by shuttle) or snowshoes, go hiking on trails, mountain biking or go play golf ... after such a good sporting day in the great outdoors and in a chalet atmosphere, relax on the apartment terrace around a drink, at the Spa (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, fitness, deckchairs ...), or at the bar-restaurant ... and admire the landscape, rejuvenation guaranteed! Ideal for 4 people, this 41 m2 apartment all in wood, in a luxury 4 * residence, will ensure a very comfortable stay in a cozy and mountainous atmosphere. Included at no additional cost: linens, wifi, indoor parking and free access to the Spa. Shuttles a few steps from the residence allow for a quick connect free of charge to all 5 different levels of the station. PLEASE NOTE that the Flaine resort as well as the residence facilities (spa, bar, shops, shuttles, etc.) are only open in high season (mid-December to mid-April and in July-August). In mid-season, the area turns into a kingdom for hikers.

Flaine, Haute Savoie (lies between 1600 and 2500m) is located between Geneva and the Mont Blanc, in the heart of the Grand Massif area (265 km of ski slopes) and a splendid nature reserve. From the Platé desert, you will have a stunning 360° view on the whole Mont Blanc, Aravis, Belledone and Jura massifs. Connected on skis to the ski resorts of Samoëns, Les Carroz d´arrâche, Morillon and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, you will have access to one of the largest and snowiest ski areas in France. The residence at an altitude of 1830m overlooks the Flaine resort. Located above the quiet and very pretty Hameau de Flaine and its charming little colorful Scandinavian-style chalets, the apartment enjoys the highest and most beautiful view on the surrounding mountains. Activities in the immediate vicinity: - 265 km of ski slopes in the Grand Massif area, i.e. 139 slopes and 62 ski lifts - 2.5 km of cross-country ski / skating trails - an 18-hole golf course at 1900m with a splendid panorama (open from end-June to mid-September) - many trail, hiking and snowshoeing tracks, a Yoga relaxation path… as well as exceptional flora and fauna surrounded by a breathtaking panorama
