Dear friend, Welcome to our "20th Century B & B". If you feel comfortable with us and in our structure for only half the enthusiasm and attention that we have personally lavished, then yours will be a holiday to remember. Luigina, the owner of the property and Davide, the husband, who has followed the entire renovation and who has found the furniture and has taken care of the restoration, are naturally available to facilitate your stay. We have two sons, Angelo di 15 and Giulia of 10 years, which will certainly help your children to spend days in company without feeling like strangers. After 21 years of employee work, and following the years of crisis that we still live, Davide now trades on the stock exchange, takes care of the boys and the house in collaboration with Luigina and, between an athlete's past and a home present loves go mountain biking around the surrounding flat countryside. We love good music, company and good food.

The 20th Century B & B is a completely new and of the highest level property, furnished with original antique furniture and conservatively restored with natural materials. We have wardrobes, beds and bedside tables from the mid-nineteenth century onwards for the rooms while the living room is characterized by a mixture of antique and modern furniture but in any case of the highest quality. The kitchen is designed by Giugiaro, we have selected accessories and furnishing accessories throughout Italy, all iconic furniture, design of great architects to offer our guests friends an experience of what was the great design of the mid-20th century century (Breuer chairs of the Bauhaus, Piretti with the famous Plia, Kartell, Takahama with the Tulu chair still on sale from Cassina, a round table model Tulip by Eero Saarinen) and some accessories not working but of taste. The structure is in one of the most beautiful buildings in the area, inhabited by the owners, with a beautiful garden and space available as private parking for a fee. In the common living room there is an Onkyo hi-fi with a Jamo subwoofer to connect your smartphone and enjoy a little relaxation with your favorite music.

Pineto, Blue Flag beach, has about 8 km of beach and a coastal pine forest for about half of these 8 km. The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood, clean and tidy (as the country itself is) and we are 5 minutes walk from the beach. In the area you can find bank counters and ATMs at 200 meters, supermarket at 20 meters, pharmacy at 300 meters, a bakery at 200 meters and an excellent fish restaurant at 200 meters, bar and tobacco, a tailor shop at 200 meters. Nearby you can visit Atri at 10 km, and its history that goes up to the Roman age, the sixteenth century Torre di Cerrano with a 5 km walk in the pine forest, and its protected marine oasis, several wineries with some of the best wines d'Abruzzo, Pescara 20 km away if you had nostalgia for the city atmosphere. Just 50 km from here you can climb to the summit of the Gran Sasso which reaches 3000 meters and has (now very reduced for overheating climate) a perennial glacier, you can visit L'Aquila, Teramo and Chieti and reach the top of the Maiella and Blockhaus, second highest peak of the continental Apennines after the Gran Sasso. Not to forget wonderful Rome at 200 km, two hours drive through the entire region.
