Cozy, clean and well-kept apartment. Partially basement (see photos). Quiet and away from the streets. Free parking or garage. Bus stop for the center at 2 minutes on foot. Bar and baker with food sales and micromarket behind the house. Pizzeria, pizza take away, bio market, grill house and pharmacy at 5 minutes on foot. City center 15/20 minutes on foot. Full photo gallery. The garage is not suitable for large cars such as SUVs over 5 meters in length, 2.00 meters in width and 2 meters in height. The condominium car park subject to availability. For a third person up to 14 years of age, there is the possibility of a sofa bed or a cot for an additional child. Please remember that the use of the air conditioner is subject to current laws on heating, DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC 26 August 1993, n. 412.
Hi, I'm Stefano, I was born and lived in Val Gardena in the Dolomites which I know very well. I live in Bolzano, in the condominium where I rent the apartment. I love the mountains, mountain biking, skiing and I love healthy Yin/Yang food. I gladly interact with guests for sharing. I know my city and my region well and can give directions for different needs.
The condominium is located in the Gries residential area in an internal area, in a park, well away from the main roads without any disturbance or traffic noise. The most well-stocked markets are within a 5-minute drive or 10 minutes on foot. Pharmacy and banks 5 minutes walk. University 15 minutes on foot or by bus. The bus stops are 2 minutes walk from the house.
