The structure has just been renovated. It is very central and close to places of great artistic and historical interest, such as the MAR Museum and the Basilica of Sant'apolinnare Nuovo, as well as the Palazzo di Teodorico. Very convenient for those traveling by car for parking availability in the sorroundings, and also for those traveling by train, as the station is a stone's throw away. I live in the apartment next door, so I am able to give any assistance in real time. I wait for you! Renzo

The neighborhood is inserted in the central area of ​​the city. From here in 3 minutes on foot you can reach the Alighieri Theater and in 1 minute the Rasi Theater, located next to the Ravenna Conservatory of Music
