Residenza Viani Guest House is located in the heart of La Spezia and is located on the second floor of a historic building from the early 1900s with a lift and, consistently at the time, the ceilings of the rooms are over 4 meters high. We are located in a strategic and central position just 300 meters from the embarkation of the boats for the Cinque Terre National Park and 100 meters from the pedestrian area in the heart of the historic city center. Bus departures for all directions are 100 meters away. Being located in the center, all services are within walking distance (supermarkets, automatic laundries, taxis, restaurants, cafeterias, shops, museums, boat rentals, etc.). In front of the structure there is an excellent bar / cafe where you can enjoy delicious breakfasts, excellent cocktails and long drinks as well as typical hot and cold dishes. To park you will have at your disposal in the nearby Piazza Europa, a recently built underground car park with video surveillance, where you can leave your car We have 3 double bedrooms and 2 family rooms of over 50sqm each.Our rooms are all large in size in a modern and colorful style, all equi...

Located in the center of La Spezia, a 10-minute walk from the tourist port connected to the Cinque Terre National Park and a 15-minute walk from the railway station, La Spezia is a charming town on a human scale, a nerve center for reaching all the splendid locations. del Golfo dei Poeti (Portovenere, Lerici, Le 5 Terre, Tellaro, Montemarcello) and full of clubs in the historic center to brighten your evenings.
