The Villetta Primavera is at your disposal for a relaxing stay on Lake Maggiore with a breathtaking view of the Borromean Islands. Immersed in the tranquility of a well-kept private park of 7000 meters, the spring house is the annex of the owner's residence. The villetta primavera is located 250 meters from the brand new free beach of Suna del Buon Rimedio and from the Beach of Beata Giovannina where you can find a pizzeria / restaurant, aperitif bar with live evening music, beach and inflatable games in the lake during the summer and 500 meters from the free beach of the 3 Bridges. The villetta primavera 60 mq villa can comfortably accommodate 4 people and consists of a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a table and chairs, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower , a balcony with a splendid lake view, a private garage with power socket for charging electric vehicles (with supplement) and a front garden. 150/200 m2 reserved for guests only furnished with table, chairs and barbecue for your outdoor barbecues, sun loungers, swing and slide for children. SMALL PETS ALLOWED ON REQUEST (MAX 20 KG)
I will be present on your arrival to welcome you to my facility on Lake Maggiore and I will be available during your stay for any need. The Primavera villa has independent gas heating, the price already includes the consumption of water, electricity, gas, 1 parking space in the reserved garage, unlimited free wifi, air conditioning. Upon arrival, bed linen and towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided. The kitchen is equipped with pots, plates, glasses and everything needed for cooking, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine available for free in the garage. Children are welcome we provide free high chair and travel cot on request. Upon arrival, guests will be asked to register for the public security portal.
The entrance of the house by car is convenient and takes place directly from the SS34 state road. The entrance gate is automated and remote control will be provided for guests to enter and exit freely. The pedestrian entrance on Via Buon Rimedio allows you to easily reach the village of Suna on foot, where you can find ice cream shops, bakery, pharmacy, swimming pools and lido, beach. Supermarkets are located about 2 km away
