The Hotel Rätia in Filisur is located next to the stop for the buses to the Alvaneu golf court and to Alvaneu-Bad. It offers free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Fine Swiss cuisine, including game and mushroom specialities in autumn, are served in the restaurant of the Hotel Rätia and on the charming terrace.

It’s in a beautiful location, the Glacier Express stops there, which is way I chose it. You get a railway card from the hotel which I used to go to Davos which was free. Also you can go to the famous Landwasser Viaduct, there is little train to take you there. Would definitely go back. The staff are friendly, breakfast was good. The restaurant food was excellent.

The owners were very friendly and the location in the village of Filisur is very good. Liked the ability to open the window and look out onto the street. The free transport pass enabled me to take the bus to Davos and back. Breakfast was excellent - including the very fine coffee. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant one night - very tasty food and I recommend the home made tomato soup.

I didn't have much interaction with staff as there was no one at the hotel when I walked in. It took me a while to notice there was a piece of paper with my name on it and a key on a counter. I guess it's really safe there. Dinner - food was really really delicious, but the service was meh. They did let us leave the luggage in the morning after checking out while we hiked and before catching a train. That was helpful.

Friendly pension with slightly old-fashioned rooms, a short walk downhill and a steep walk back uphill from Filisur station. There's a cheerful restaurant with local and Thai dishes, and good pizza. Breakfast was nice. We needed a twin room and could separate the beds on wheels easily. The village is nice for a stroll down the main road with lovely old farmhouses, and into the fields and forest beyond.

Love the the chestnut yogurt at the breakfast buffet which is great. The staffs are pleasant. Enjoyed the conversation with the owner who is from Thailand. So one of our friend had a Thai dish for dinner. And we ordered spaghetti. They are all delicious.

The location is perfect for a railway traveler and train-watcher, and owner and staff are incredibly hardworking, helpful, and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet had a nice variety, and every dinner I had in the restaurant was exceptionally good.

Great location for taking pictures of the railroad. Close to Landbasser Bridge. You can see the railroad from the balcony. The room is large and clean. Comfortable bed and bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful. She drove us to the station. Breakfast started at 8am, but since we left early in the morning, the restaurant owner prepared breakfast at 7am. The restaurant dinner was also perfect.

Well located, right next to the train station but no noise. The room was just what I needed and had a nice view over the valley. The dining area is relaxed and welcoming. Speaking of the dining room, the food is fantastic. I regret not having dinner there every night.
