We loved our stay at the heritage trail lodge - the rooms are large, well appointed (kitchenette and toiletries) and beds are super comfortable. We loved the spa bath, bush outlook and smart tv. The breakfast was perfect for nourishing us for a day of walks and wineries. The lodge has a great vibe - mix of old-school hospitality and modern comforts. We will definitely be back.

the lodge is close to Margaret River Town but is very quiet. trail track is right behind the lodges and we took pleasent walk in different tracks and enjoyed the forest very much. The balcony faces the trees and birds visited us in the morning which is very much welcomed.

Nice environment. Lots of nature surrounding the lodge. Explore nearby hiking trails. Short walking distance to town area where there are plenty of shops, eateries and supermarket. Lodge manager was also kind enough to change another room when requested on 2nd day. Decent and enjoyable breakfast.
