The room had everything we needed, plus a spa tub outside! Morgen was exceptional with his hospitality in showing us the important features of the room and the facility amenities. Wonderful and relaxing inn. My sister advised me to stay here and I was NOT disappointed. The staff was warm and helpful. Our room comfy, clean and great size. Great location to everything. Made our stay in Rotorua very enjoyable.
