Excellent hotel in the heart of the Wroclaw in the old historic building dated back to 17th century. The room was spacious and extremely quiet. The room's bed was very good to sleep. Breakfast was good and tasty - a lot of varieties. The hotel also has a nice wine cellar - recommended to visit and taste some good wines. The hotel was the room was super clean.

Customer service is brilliant. The girl at the reception answered all of the questions before arrival and on the day of arrival. They made sure that there would be a double bed in the room. I did book a room for my parents. They were happy and satisfied with the facilities, room, bed, and breakfast. Swiming pool is free for guests, but it was too late to enjoy it. My parents were traveling by car, and they arrived at the hotel very late, just because their GPS brought them to a different location and it was dark (they did not use mobile apps to find the location) so for their inconvenience it took them about an hour or two to drive around to find the hotel.

WiFi wad not the best and the fastest, but it was sufficient. Just choose the network with the strongest signal.

I traveled with my small dog and the pet friendly policy is a very distinguished point. Details for our fur pets are considered in all details. Both bar and breakfast halls are very warm and cozy for all guests - although pets are not allowed in the breakfast hall, such guests can get their breakfast at the bar with their doggies.
