Surrounded by the Dolomites in East Tyrol and partially renovated in 2015, the 4-star superior Dolomiten Residenz - Sporthotel Sillian features a 3,000 m² spa area with indoor and outdoor pools. I only can say that I am very satisfied with the hotel and all the colleagues there, they are very nice and the food there are with excellent quality and very tasty. Our children also had a big fun there, the swimming pools are very clean and warm.

Surrounded by the scenic Dolomites, Hotel Gesser enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Sillian in East Tyrol’s Puster Valley, just 400 metres from the Hochpustertal-Thurntaler Ski Area. We had very nice stay and staffs are very nice.

Located in the idyllic village of Kartitsch in Tyrol´s Gailtal Valley, Die Waldruhe offers spacious rooms with a furnished balcony and a spacious wardrobe. Free WiFi is available. We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Waldruhe and we will most likely come back when we visit the region. One feels immediately welcomed, all the staff is friendly and highly competent. They also fluent in different languages (aussi en français et italien) which makes it easy to exchange small talks. Our room was spacious, very clean, well- equipped with a balcony. The interior of the hotel is stylish and includes references of the past which we thought added a nice touch. The breakfast (buffet) is well presented with lots of specialities, home baked bread , butter from a local farm and so much more. The dinner was also exceptional. The wellness area is very spacious and counts two sauna, a steam bath, a infrared cabin, showers and plenty of space to relax. We could walk our dog in the surrounding forest but also around the lake 5 min away with the car.

Hotel Pfleger has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Anras. Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a sauna and a hammam. It is a very authentic, pleasant place to relax. I recommend it! The staff handles special requests flexibly.

Strasserwirt Herrenansitz zu Tirol is a romantic, castle-like hotel in the East Tyrolean Puster Valley between the South Tyrolean and the Lienz Dolomites. Literally, the only thing about this fabulous hotel that I didn't like were the pillows. They were horrible, but everything else was exceptional.
