The moment you step foot in the cozy 'lobby', you are made to feel right at home. It feels more like visiting a distant relative, than checking into a hotel. We arrived after regular check-in time, and still we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and chatted for half an hour - what a difference to what you are used to. This approach directly set the tone for the rest of the stay, and I have not come across a better combination of privacy and luxury, and such a personal touch. During the whole stay, the hosts were super helpful, friendly and could not have made us feel more welcome. The rooms are nicely decorated, beds very comfortable, the view is phenomenal and the breakfast is extensive. It was a lovely experience having it served in the room, with a view over Mariazell and the valley. We had some special requests, and they were more than fulfilled, making this a truly memorable weekend. From the hotel, you get to the center of Mariazell within minutes on foot, but getting to the hotel by car is equally easy, making it a great starting point for excursions into the region.

Featuring a spa and Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, wellness shower, tea bar, realaxation area and a sunny terrace with a view of Gemeindealpe. The room was beautiful and clean. I appreciate the rich breakfast, including eggs served in different ways. The wellness area with a terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains was also amazing.

Apenas a 500 metros da Área de Esqui Bürgeralpe, o JUFA Hotel Erlaufsee fica ao lado de um centro desportivo, a 2 km do centro de Mariazell. Está disponível uma área de spa. Location is exceptional, both Erlaufsee and Mariazell is a walk away (<2km), breakfast and dinner buffet are versatile, fresh, well rounded and fairly priced. All but one employee were exceptionallly kind, helpfull, invested in the client. Interior rooms were great, as well as exterior. Gym has modern and well rounded machines offer. Not cheapest hotel, but not overpriced for the above mentioned. Will come back again. Especially if any aktions appear :-)

O Hotel Drei Hasen, de gerência familiar há 5 gerações, está localizado no centro de Mariazell, apenas a 100 metros da mundialmente famosa Basílica e a 50 metros do teleférico. I liked everything! The rooms were very clean and nice. The spa was excellent too! Very friendly environment and I will definitely come back. I suggest to everyone to come and stay there :)

Nice and clean room, probably renovated lately. Hotel is located in the center of the city just above the church. Host is very helpful and offered a garage for bikes (for a 10 EUR fee). Dinner in the hotel restaurant was a decent one.
