Views from balconies and restaurant's terrace are amazing! Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of parking space. Location is fantastic. Easy access to the lake, hiking trails. Truly exceeded our expectations!

Located on the shore of Lake Traunsee, with direct lake access, Das Traunsee - Das Hotel zum See is situated in the centre of Traunkirchen in the Salzkammergut, 10 km from Gmunden. One of the best stays I had. Staff is super helpful, the room was super comfortable, the view on the lake gorgeous. On top of that, the treatment we had, the spa, the breakfast were all perfect. I would recommend and I'll definitely come back.

Situated in Gmunden and within 50 km of Ried Exhibition Centre, Hotel Esplanade has a terrace, allergy-free rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. Hotel Esplanade is amazing. My room has no bathtub, just shower, but the view is facing the lake. Everything is super clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is warm at night inside the room and shower is great. The breakfast (starting 730am) was very good too. I would like to thank staff member Ms Day for making my stay wonderful.  The view from my room is great. Note the supermarket is at right downstairs the hotel. It is closed on Sunday but opens 715am on Monday so it is convenient.

Just 1,000 metres from the Toscana Congress Centre and Seeschloss Palace, the Aktivhotel Wildschütz in Salzkammergut was renovated in 2015 and offers quiet rooms with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi and... Nice spacious, clean and warm rooms. The spa with tea bar is really great!

Boutiquehotel Zum Goldenen Hirschen is located close the heart of the city of Gmunden, cross the Traun bridge with best lake view. Perfect place to stay in. We were just one night but it was perfect. Everything was new, staff were extremely attentive and did everything we asked for. Breakfast was tasty. One of the best glühweins we have tried 😄
