Situato su un pendio sopra la cittadina di Miglieglia, a 16 km da Lugano, l'Albergo Santo Stefano è un tipico edificio in stile ticinese del XVIII secolo dotato di camere con bagno privato. What a truly special place. They have thought of every detail! Beds very comfortable and rooms really clean, and the spot is magical. Love all the common areas outside the rooms and so nice how they have laid out books and games and all. Breakfast was delicious - esp the homemade jams and homemade granola. Location is brilliant for hiking. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often.

Affacciato sul Lago di Lugano, distante 3 km, l'Albergo Ristorante Stampa sorge nel paese di Cadegliano Viconago, in prossimità di Ponte Tresa. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. We loved the location and the view of the lake and the town. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was beautiful with very delicious food. We had dinner and breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed both dining experiences. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

L'Hotel Grotto Bagat sorge sulle rive del Lago di Lugano, sulla strada per Brusimpiano. Le camere sono spaziose e in parte con vista sul lago. The view is worth every penny and I would say the price is anyways very affordable. The food at the Ristorante is exquisite (especially the pizze, since they are a pizzeria in the first place), the lunch menu is extremely recommendable, as it provides you with so many delicious dishes included in the already very low price. The closest supermarket is in Lavena Ponte Tresa and can be reached either by bus (there is a bus stop exactly in front of the hotel) or just by foot, since it's just about 2.5 km which can be walked in 30'. It's super close to Switzerland, there's even Swiss network still available...

Situato su un tranquillo colle a Cademario, nella regione del Malcantone, a 15 minuti di auto da Lugano, l'Al Ponte offre viste sul Lago di Lugano e sulle montagne da tutte le camere. The location is beautiful, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you to and back from the city center. I have to say Fabiola and her husband Patrick (owners) made me feel right at home, they’re very hospitable, friendly, caring and Patrick makes one hell of a good pasta. Would definitely come back again!

Situato a Sessa, il Grappoli offre una piscina stagionale all'aperto (25 x 15 metri), un giardino, una terrazza e la connessione WiFi gratuita in tutte le aree. Rooms are simple but very spacious! The hotel is extremely clean!! The swimming pool a must! All in all we had a great stay!

L'Villa Garni Gardenia sorge a pochi passi dal Lago di Lugano, nell'angolo più tranquillo di Caslano. La penisola lacustre rappresenta un ambiente incantevole per rilassanti passeggiate. This is a tranquil haven five minutes walk from the lovely, old town of Caslano and the lake. The pool area is spacious and surrounded by beautiful trees and the garden below is majestic and extensive. Although dinner is not served, immediately opposite is a family-run restaurant that serves traditional dishes for a reasonable price. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast on the terrace in the garden.
