Culinarium is located in a wonderful small town surrounded by nature, mountains & fresh air. Restaurant: Try the surprise menu for a culinary experience. The menus were only in German, but that wasn't an issue as some spoke English. Breakfast was basic but plentiful: with breads, jams, cheese & eggs at your disposal. Room: Scandinavian chic comes to mind. Decor is simple but works well as the natural outdoor scenery shines bright.

An experience you would hardly forget! The location is dreamy, my room was facing the hills with cowbells ringing all day. Breakfast are exquisite, whatever you like will be served within a minute. Service everywhere in the resort is amazing, stuff is the friendliest and the most entertaining for the ones who travel alone too. You can enjoy several different restaurants with great cuisine and views. Spa in the Waldhotel is perfect, clean and quiet, not many visitors during a low season (i was basically alone there all the time). You can also enjoy some attractions around or visit Luzern by boat fastly.

We stayed at Niederbauen room, and has a stunning view of the mountain and lake. The room is very spacious and clean, there is a balcony, sofa, and a spa bath. The pillow was too soft for me, but they have a pillow & duvet menu (yes, you read it right - PILLOW AND DUVET Menu!!), so you can request which pillow you preferred. Staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast is pretty good. Highly recommend this accommodation!

The modern Hotel Krone is just a 5-minute walk from the banks of Lake Lucerne and Buochs Ferry Port. It features 2 restaurants and a summer terrace with garden lounge. Very spacious and well furnished room, tasty breakfast, comfortable bed, and a good view from the window. Car Park was very close to the hotel. Personel was kind and helpful. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean.

The Seehotel Pilatus is situated on the shores of Lake Lucerne. It offers a large indoor pool, a hot tub, and free Wi-Fi. The spacious, air-conditioned rooms provide mountain views. Perfect location right next to the lake. The views were amazing and the spa included is the so relaxing.

A reflection of great food in Switzerland. We will recommend the hotel to all our associates and friends. Will definitely stay here again when back in Switzerland. A very short 20 minute drive away from Luzern and world class skiing slops of Engelberg.
