Rooms are double bed only so booked two of them but still good value. No room keys but code so no check out if leaving early.

A very nice newly built hotel. Felt quite luxurious with the staff being friendly and helpful. Large car park with four restaurants only yards away. Out of town on the Epernay side so not in the low emission Zone. Trams and buses nearby if needed and close to Champagne Route which is very much worth following especially in the evenings.

We made a mistake with the booking and arrived a day early. The Hotel was full so we couldn´t stay there. The man on reception was very helpful and recommended the Kyriad Hotel which was nearby and which was where we managed to stay for the night. The hotel responses to my mail were very helpful and despite being outside the free cancellation window we were not charged for the night. However, all my attempts to contact Booking Com that Friday evening in order to make sure that room could be shown as available for the Saturday were to no avail. Several attempts at ringing were no use and there was no possibility to contact them via email either then or afterwards. Very disappointing with Booking Com to say the least.

The staff of this hotel were extremely friendly. The hotel had everything I needed. It is in the quite place next to the Vineyards and for a runner like me it provided great running trails. I had nice pictures that I will cherish forever. I left early morning and I wish I got a chance to say thank you to the staff.

Very good experience with the hotel. The staff was very welcoming, the rooms were impeccable clean and meeting all the standards. Our dog was also very well accommodated. The tram to the city center is very useful for a fast commute to the city and back. There was free coffee and a water fountain available with bottles that you can take to the room. Champagne was available at the bar and some food as well.
